Travel Safety for COVID19
At Sea Queen, we are closely monitoring the impact of the current pandemic. The health and safety of our customers and colleagues is paramount. We have thus documented the “Standard Operating Procedure” to be followed diligently by our team.
- Masks compulsory for all passengers before boarding
- Temperature reading before boarding the cars
- Passengers to be refused boarding, if not comply with mask or temperature rule
- Contact and address details of all passengers taken before travel, for tracing and in emergency
- Reduce physical contact between passengers & drivers
- Temperature reading at depots before duty
- Drivers to open & close doors for passengers
- Separation of driver by creating temporary partition of the driver cabin.
- COVID 19 tracing apps like AarogyaSetu to be made mandatory and switched on before ride
- Hand disinfectant dispensers installed in all vehicles
- Sanitization of all cars with soap and sodium hypochlorite solution to be sprayed on all surfaces. The proportion of sodium hypochlorite to be 200-500 grms in every 1 litre of water
- As per current rule 2 passengers + driver is allowed in Sedan and 3 passengers + driver in Innova to maintain social distancing
- 24 hour emergency monitoring room with procedures laid down for regulation and control for each city / project
- Offices, work places and closed placed in workshops will ensure ventilation 2-3 times a day, for at least 30 minutes
- Maximum use of digital currency payments to be encouraged
